Dealer Relationship Specialist

FieldBee is looking for a Dealer Relationship Specialist  with strong professional knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the desire to the world better place. This role will require 50% of time for travels.


FieldBee is a Dutch company that develops innovative automation products for farmers worldwide. Our mission is to help farmers increase their productivity and have an easier life while assisting in their transition to a more sustainable agriculture. We achieve that by making tractor automation accessible to all farmers.


The company designs and manufactures tractor guidance systems: precise navigation and automated steering. Our products are developed using the latest technologies, making them more affordable for small and midsized farmers, while maintaining the highest quality and reliability. FieldBee is gradually increasing its product offering towards the full automation of various agricultural machines.

Our ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in B2B.
  • At least 1 year of account specialist  experience or another relevant role with B2B customers
  • Service and relationship-oriented, problem solving skills
  • Like to travel in bussiness withing  Europe and other countries
  • Ambitious, outgoing and comfortable working towards challenging dealer acquisition and growth targets
  • Fluent English, good German would be a strong plus
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with the team and with business partners.

Your responsibilities:

 

      • Monitor and nurture existing dealers/distributors relationships to make them FieldBee super-sellers and increase order volumes;
      • Support, own and monitor on-time delivery of marketing and sales materials, brochures, etc to dealers/distributors
      • Review and improve the dealers/distributors relationship conditions, market overviews
      • Work closely with our CRM system; own all data and processes in the CRMs dealers/distributors  funnel
      • Reporting to Head of sales department
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business’ targets 
      • Support the Expansion of FieldBee's dealer network within your region
      • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
      • Review and improve the relationship conditions with dealers/distributors in your sub-region
      • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network
      • Organise onboarding process of new dealers/distributors, support dealers/distributors with their requests.
