Product Business Analyst

FieldBee by eFarmer is an agriculture machine automation company that produces and sells precise tractor guidance systems, field operations software, and data-driven solutions to farmers, agricultural OEMs, and distributors. With the mission of helping farmers transition to a more efficient and sustainable farming practice, FieldBee is serving the underserved majority of our world's farmers.


The company designs and manufactures tractor guidance systems: precise navigation and automated steering. Our products are developed using the latest technologies, making them more affordable for small and midsized farmers, while maintaining the highest quality and reliability. FieldBee is gradually increasing its product offerings to include the full automation of various agricultural machines.


Our products are sold in more than 60 countries, and now we want to grow more, which is why we are looking for a Product Business Analyst 


Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage product changes: Identify the need for changes, align priorities, and control implementation
  • Analyze the product, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
  • Gather, analyze, document, and align product requirements
  • Form and manage the product backlog, develop a strategic roadmap, and set priorities
  • Actively communicate with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and conduct workshops
  • Create analytical reports, presentations, and data visualizations to support decision-making
  • Coordinate the development team, ensuring requirements and specifications remain up-to-date
  • Participate in the planning, estimation, and acceptance of completed tasks with the team
  • Define acceptance criteria for functionality and participate in product demonstrations
  • Organize integrations with external systems: analyze specifications, prepare test data, and oversee API requests
  • Optimize and automate the company’s business processes.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
  • Good knowledge of the English language ( B2)
  • Experience working in Agile/Lean environments (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and digital product development principles
  • Experience managing backlogs, creating roadmaps, planning, and prioritizing tasks
  • Confident use of tracking systems (Jira, Confluence, Youtrack)
  • Understanding of different requirement types: business, user, functional, and non-functional
  • Experience working with UML, BPMN, Use Cases, User Stories, Mind Maps
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Experience defining API requirements, understanding REST, and working with specifications (Swagger)
  • Experience using Postman or other API testing tools
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and visual thinking skills
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in AgTech or Agri-IT is a plus.
