Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads using Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant sources.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of innovative outbound sales strategies to enhance the lead generation process.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact in the leads' journey through the sales funnel, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Identify key decision-making factors and potential blockers for each lead.
  • Conduct cold email and phone outreach, including researching prospects, preparing tailored sequences, and maintaining communication.
  • Systematically follow up on leads from the CRM, ensuring a seamless transition to the Sales team for further qualification.
  • Distribute new leads to Sales Managers and Account Managers, providing detailed briefs to facilitate smooth handovers.
  • Assist in managing various sales and marketing tasks, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain well-organised, up-to-date, and accurate information and activity records in the CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Familiarity with the industry and an understanding of market dynamics is a plus.
